I've been going to Jackie since 2022 and she's truly helped me on my journey to healthy hair. Every time I come back it is just so apparent that she's taking the time to educate herself more and more on curly hair and really help you get the results you truly want. My hair was exremely damaged form various highlights over the yers and Jackie has helped me get it back to a healthy head of curls. She listens to what you want but also ensures to give your hair what it needs. I'm so grateful I found her.

What you read about Jackie is all real. She is very humble and told me she isn't a magician, but in my eyes, she is! I've only started understanding in the last year how much a hair cut and styling makes a difference for wavy and curly hair. I sought out someone who not only had the expertise but lives in the experience of textured hair person. I needed not only a flattering cut, but I also needed to understand how to style my hair on my own. Jackie did a wonderful job with creating a look (cut and color) and listening to me. Maybe equally importantly, she walked me through step-by-step on how to style my hair. She explains not only the "how" but also the "why", which is very helpful. She is also very generous in considering one's lifestyle and ability for return visits in terms of color and bangs. I am thankful and feel validated (dare I say  "self-actualized"?) after visiting Jackie. She has helped me love and enhance something that's "me".
